Tours & cruises for groups and buses

Tours (1,2, 3 or 4 hours)

There are many places to visit and many cruise options to choose from.

Whether your group consists of only 10 people or 2 busloads, we are ready to show you our wonderful area. You may only have an hour to spare or you may wish to cruise all day .....

Testimonial - Midland tours:“….just called to say our group wanted to let you know that your cruise was the best that they had ever been on, thank you.”

Cruises Departing from Paynesville will take you to special locations such as secluded beaches, canals, Islands and National Parks. You may prefer to travel to waterside restaurants in the lakeside villages of Loch Sport, Metung or perhaps on to Lakes Entrance.

  • You have the option of having lunch onboard and enjoying it as you cruise. We can provide lovely lunches for $10 per person, or you may wish to simply bring your own.
  • We can provide first class catering at any time of the day and are happy to design a menu to suit your specific requirements and budget.
  • Our bar will be open so that you can sample our local wines along the way, or perhaps a refreshing Australian beer. Best of all.....drinks are at below Pub prices!

4-hour Canals, Koalas & Beach Cruise

First a friendly welcome by your crew and then your cruise departs from the Post Office jetty in Paynesville. The first leg of the cruise takes you through the man-made canal system. Enjoy morning Tea/coffee and commentary by your local Captain as you marvel at the creative architect designed homes and luxurious boats moored at their doorsteps.

Then you cruise south through Paynesville’s quaint boat harbour to sleepy Raymond Island. Here a short stop and a leisurely stroll to look for Koalas. Plenty of Rosellas and Rainbow Lorikeets to keep you company along the way as you soak up the Islands laid-back atmosphere.

Next, relax as you cruise over Lake Victoria, passing by low lying islands which act as nesting sites for some of the 296 species of birds in the Gippsland Lakes Coastal Park. Expect to see cormorants, terns, swans, ducks, pelicans and sometimes a sea eagle is it soars along the waters edge. Dolphins occasionally frolic alongside, so keep an eye out for them. We dock at the Old Steamer Landing for a short stroll to the 90 Mile Beach and a view of Bass Strait. Then it’s back to the Post Office Jetty via Steamer Channel, but not before pausing to view a large pelican rookery on the way.

Enterprise Cruises are keen to attract more bus groups to Paynesville so will be offering the above tour, at a special discounted rate to large bus groups.

$TBA* per person
